Please review our lead time page in reference to when your order was placed.
Requests are reviewed during our weekly production planning meetings.
Timelines are coordinated across departments and batch production schedules.
This process allows us to provide the most accurate and realistic time window.
Once reviewed, you can expect a response within 72 hrs or within the following week (M-F).
To ensure accuracy, exact production timelines cannot be provided “on the fly” over the phone.
All updates require review during scheduled production meetings.
