Damages and issues
If you do not follow the receiving instructions linked below Dissent Offroad may not be able to help reimburse you for any losses.
Please inspect your order upon reception and note it on your receiving copy if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellation fees
If you placed your order within the last three business days you can cancel your order for a 5% cancellation fee (10% if you paid using Shop Pay Installments/Affirm), provided the order has not shipped yet. This fee covers our administrative costs and the credit card processing fees. After three business days cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee as we have to order material ahead of time to lock in the price.
