Shipping policy
The majority of our products ship freight and require a United States commercial address with a loading dock or forklift. For customers, without a commercial address, we ship to your nearest FedEx Freight Service Center of the carrier we are using at the time of your order. We can also ship to your residential address, but extra fees will be occurred. Our flat fee freight shipping rate only applies to the contiguous lower 48 states, for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or any U.S. territories please contact us first. Also if you are located in any of the following areas, extra charges may apply (Williston and Minot, ND, Midland and Odessa, TX, Navy Pier, Chicago, IL, or Puget Sound, WA)
On freight orders with powder-coated parts, we use expanding foam in the box so the parts do not shift in transit. Despite our best efforts to prevent them, small knicks and scratches may still occur. We are not responsible for any minor knicks and/or scratches that may occur during shipping. While these are rare they can occur.
Damage
When receiving a package from Dissent Offroad, the following linked instructions for receiving your order must be followed if you wish to be compensated for any damages. If you do not follow these instructions Dissent Offroad may not be able to help reimburse you for any losses.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.A.
We do not ship outside the U.S.A. Customers are welcome to find their own export company to ship it for them. In this case we charge a crating fee to prepare the items for international shipping, please contact us for more information. We do not sign or fill out any customs forms, we can only provide a list of what is inside the crate.
